CSB Battery Manufacturing Date Codes

Customers often ask for the manufacture date of a CSB battery - all CSB batteries have a manufacture date - here's a simple explanation.

Every CSB brand lead acid battery has a manufacturing date code like the one pictured above.

The first 6 digits indicate the manufacturing date in the format YY MM DD - so in the case above this would be 04 April 2018.

The other letters and numbers are simply for internal reference.
