UPS Returns

If you have purchased a UPS returns label from MDS or we have sent you a pre-paid label, here's an explanation of how the procedure works.
 

Labels Sent by Email

If we are sending you a label by email, this will be sent to you direct by UPS - the emails are normally sent out late in the afternoon.

You will receive an email from UPS with the subject title - UPS Label Delivery - simply click on the yellow "Get Shipping Label" button. 


 

Clicking on this button will take you direct to the UPS website; from this page you can either print out the shipping label yourself or if you prefer you can get a mobile code to your phone which can be scanned at a UPS AccessPoint and they will print the label for you. There is also an option to email the label to yourself to deal with later.

 

Please prepare your parcel for shipment ensuring it is suitably packed for transit and clearly labelled with your returns number.

Once your parcel is ready for shipping you can either call UPS on 03457 877 877 and book a collection from your address or if it is easier you can simply drop the parcel off at one of their local AccessPoints - the address of the 3 AccessPoints nearest to you are printed on the returns label otherwise you can search for a convenient location on the UPS website

When you drop off your parcel they will give you a receipt; please retain this safely in case there is any issue with the consignment.

If you have selected the mobile code option then they will scan your code at the AccessPoint and print/label your parcel.

We should receive the parcel back within 1-2 working days and will deal with it as soon as it arrives.

 

Labels Sent by Post

If we have sent you a label by post then the procedure for sending it back is much the same.

Once your parcel is ready for shipping you can either call UPS on 03457 877 877 and book a collection from your address or if it is easier you can simply drop the parcel off at one of their local AccessPoints - you can find the location of their AccessPoints on the UPS website

When you drop off your parcel they will give you a receipt; please retain this safely in case there is any issue with the consignment.

We should receive the parcel back within 1-2 working days and will deal with it as soon as it arrives.
